Hiring Seniors

Are you a senior and either retired or lost your job due to layoff or the company you worked for shut down, and are searching for employment?



Well it's no picnic, first you apply to a position which you feel you are reasonably qualified for and during the interview you get the feeling that your being spoken to as the human resources grandparent. The H. R.office does not take into consideration all of the experience you have which can contribute to the position, they just tell you that you are over qualified, they don't remark about the almost 30 years of no absenteeism, the asset you were for the company, the integrity and loyality you had for the company, just that you are over qualified.



What gives ???
